I have a question about feeding?

My daughter is four months. I fed her for about a week after she was born until I made the mistake of giving her a pacifier and she got nipple confusion. Now I know this sounds weird, but once in a great while I will squeeze my and liquid will still come out. It's clear at first and then turns white. A I still producing milk? If so, could I pump and still feed my daughter milk once in awhile?
