Boat rigging for 2 tubers from a reinforced transom? I have a basic 16 ft. open bow boat with 105hp outboard.?

I would like to hook one rope (bungee) up to each of the two U bolts. My biggest concern is getting one of the ropes tangled in the prop. I am new to boating and unsure how running two ropes from a transom is best done. My transom will be reinforced with 3/16 aluminum plate front and back. Would a wise setup be using four U bolts and 2 tow cables?
