I don't know if he likes me.....?

the other day when i was on the bus the boy i like sat next to me.i didn't put much attention to it,but i noticed that he kept looking at me a lot.i started to get nervous,then he started askin me questionsand after a while he introduced himself.his friends were tellining me not to listen to him because he's crazy...it looked like they were makin fun of him.so when i got off the bus i noticed he got off too.i was walkin home and he was ahead of me but he would talk to someone but look at me...when i was gettin close to my house he looked at me one more time and headed to the house next door.it turns out to be that he is my nextdoor neighbor.but what confuses me is that i don't know if he likes me or it was just that since we are neighbors he just wanted to meet me
