Would you trade T.O. and Willie Parker for LT?

I have Randy Moss, Santonio Holmes, and Donald Driver at WR. And I have Earnest Graham, Edgerrin James, Fred Taylor, and DeAngelo Williams at RB. I have a little bit of depth at WR and it would really upgrade the RBs, but would I be giving up too much to get LT? Thanks
