Workout routine question. Please answer?

In about two years I'm going into the airforce to try and be a PJ (pararescue jumper) and it has about a 90 percent fail rate and I was wondering even though I have searched I really haven't found anything to help but I need to get a good workout going. If anyone could help or please give a list and the times. I need to do this because I need got rain if I den want a chance to be a PJ.
