Why is it that white people think that shuttle buses are free?

My first response to you is, wow, that's pretty racist to say all "white people" based on the actions of two women. Maybe they did see something that did have an advertisement for a free ride. Maybe they were mistaken on what it was for or maybe you weren't told about a certain promotion. Maybe they were visiting your city and don't know how much a ride costs. Tourists do have a habit of receiving promotional coupon books and the like. Maybe you should think about posting this obvious rant on craigslist, and not in yahoo answers. You aren't really looking for an answer, you're just venting.
