Where to start looking for IT jobs in the Arabian Gulf area?

I live in the USA but would like to explore opportunities abroad i have heard many good things about this countries in the Gulf area including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Dubai, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar. Thank you very much for your help.
