What's the name of a funny movie about smoking impacts?

I haven't actually seen it yet (which is sad because it was made in the town I live in), but Cold Turkey is a movie about trying to get a town full of smokers to quit for a month. It has Van Dike and it's supposed to be a comedy. My friend's grandma is seen putting lipstick on!
