Only 20 years old and high blood pressure?
I am going to go to the "obvious". You must get yourself active and lose weight. It is the number one contributor to high blood pressure, blood clotting and diabetes. All of which will eventually take over. Just put your mind to becoming active and staying that way for yourself and your family. Just like taking care of your child, it is soooo necessary to take care of yourself. Start slow and work your way up to becoming physically fit. If you start now at 20, you will be a happy and healthy adult long into your "grandmother" days. Just do it.
