I want to upgrade my pc for advanced and gamin. surely for 10 points?

You would definitely start out with an intel i7 processor (get the middle one and overclock), a good cooler on the CPU, at least 3gb of DDR3 RAM, a dual processor video card (SLI or CrossFire might cost too much in you case) and a 1TB hard-drive. I would also recommend a Creative X-Fi and a set of surround sound speakers. You could definitely get it all for 15000 but if you mean 1500 then the sound card and the surround sound speakers would have to go.
