I stopped taking my antibiotics for my strep throat, and now it hurts again. - cont?

It's about two weeks later...can I go ahead and finish the antibiotics? I also have more I could take left over from the dermatologist, so I could technically make it a full dose again if needed. Help :(...I don't want to get sick again!
