I'm a refugee and want to have a scholarship?

I have only a small suggestion. As you are from Syria and I too am a Muslim (Which I believe You are, Universities will be a little hesitant in enrolling you. I would suggest you to first try getting a scholarship from one of the G.C.C countries, which includes countries like the U.A.E, Bahrain and Qatar. Once you have got some qualifications from any of those countries, then try applying for the U.S or any European country again. I am nearly sure that it will work, as those are respectable countries trusted by the U.S. Though I do not know their National sites, you can try searching for them on WWW. etisalat. ae which is the national telecommunication company's site of the U.A.E. Your second choice would be to try in India, which is slowly becoming one of the lead destinations in the world for education.
