Bush's failed policies started in 2001 when he ignored the Presidential Daily Briefing that bin Laden was determined to attack inside the U.S. After that, he never mastered the art of success; and the country continues to suffer. The Chinese, Russians, and other countries blame America for the current crisis. Bush's mive deregulation policies and tax cuts to the wealthy while borrowing for his 3 trillion dollar wars only added fuel to the current fire.
