Fantasy Football WR - Who to start?

Williams is the #1 target, but he's been missing some practice time with a foot injury and no team has allowed fewer fantasy points to opposing RBs than the Saints. Holmes has a very good matrchup against the Broncos and now has a game under his belt. I would go with Holmes.
