Best home remedies for acne?

Any product that contains salicylic acid should work fine along with a moisturizer, such as the aloe your using but aloe alone with oily skin will probably exacerbate the problem; also do not use soap or lotions with oil this will make things worse. The key is to keep your skin dry but not to the point of peeling or cracking. If you have insurance, as acne meds can run from $60-700 a month out-of-pocket, I would highly recommend seeing a dermatologist, if you don't, ask your regular Doctor for Tetracycline, this will help keep your open zits and pores from being infected and should cost under $10 for a month supply or $20-30 for a 90 day supply out-of-pocket. Finally don't pop zits until there ready, a small white bubble will be on top, and when you do do not use your nails as this will infect the sore making it worse, you can buy a tool for a few bucks at the pharmacy or squeeze with your knuckles. Hope this helps a little bit. *This is not a substitute for medical advise/treatment and for educational purposes only, only a Doctor can give a proper diagnosis*
